That was the reason why we chose to have Maya Soele® e-labeled.
Because with an e-labeled shop, there is, among other things, assurance that the purchase flow is transparent, all terms and conditions are reviewed and visible on the shop, which means that you can easily see payment, delivery and right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you can also complain to the e-label for free.
So why spend money and time getting e-branded?
There are many webshops, and we all know someone who thought they were shopping on a proper site, but which turned out to be something other than what it claimed to be, and both the purchased item and the money were lost.
With an e-labeled webshop, you as a consumer do not have to investigate yourself whether the webshop is what it claims to be. The e-label is simply a guarantee that the rules they set for a webshop are met.
This makes it much easier to be a consumer and gives confidence in the purchase.
This is not the same as saying that webshops that are not e-marked are not up to par. But here, as a consumer, you just have to investigate things yourself.
